We make a distinction at the Hirschvogel Automotive Group between process and product development. The former is carried out in the Research and Development department and involves developing the foundations for processes and materials which may be implemented in the mid- and long-term. Product development involves designing producible parts that meet demands in collaboration with customers during Simultaneous Engineering processes.
