Die Shop
The die shop departments at six locations worldwide supply the plants of the Hirschvogel Automotive Group with dies and fixtures. A high level of vertical integration and close collaboration with our network of suppliers enable us to produce a broad product spectrum consisting of tools for cold, warm and hot forging applications. One particular focus of our efforts is on the hard machining of hot work tool steels and powder-metallurgical steels of up to 70 HRc. The tools are assembled and made available to production as required. Our services also encompass the procurement and rapid repair of forging machine components.
